HELL-Exhibition within builing 21 (Sa., 08.09. 10-16 o'clock)
The highlight in September was our HELL exhibition on the occasion of the open day (September 8th, 2007) in the Arsenalbetrieb (Marine arsenal) in Kiel (Kiel-Gaarden/Ellerbek). We were asked by the telecommunications department of the Kiel naval arsenal to organize a joint exhibition on the subject of radio and telecommunications technology, with special consideration of the HELL product range. The exhibition took place on an area of almost 50 meters and showed countless devices from the military and civil marine sector. Well over 2,000 visitors saw our exhibition during the approximately 6-hour exhibition, during which
the weather in Kiel showed all varieties, from rain to heavy clouds, sunshine and strong winds.
A complete mobile radio center from 1962 in its original condition was on display in a Bundeswehr Unimog (now privately owned by our member Andreas Müller) that was parked in front of the hall.

We had set up a radio telephone connection and a telex (telex) connection (all with original equipment) between this branch office and the hall area. A cross-section of radio technology used by the Bundeswehr and various NATO countries over the past 50 years was on display in the hall itself.
